How long does UK delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3–5 working days. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes — COD is available across the UK at no extra cost. Have the exact amount ready when your parcel arrives.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See Returns Policy for details.

Are your ceramics food-safe?
Yes. All glazes are lead-free and food-safe. Hand wash is recommended to preserve finishes.
